News: MiniGallery 0.7 released
After a long period of no development, I have finally found time to come back to MiniGallery and develop it further. Version 0.6 took the first step towards making the code more efficient, but v0.7 has been completely recoded from the ground up to be object-oriented, making it more powerful, more efficient, and easier for me to add more functionality later on too. It should also be easier for developers to design themes for MiniGallery, and I hope to contribute a few myself when I have a moment.
The aim of MiniGallery is to be as simple as possible. Just download it, upload it to your web space, upload a folder of photos and you're away! No messing around with databases or spending ages entering your desired settings. Just upload it and have fun!
Right now I'm in the process of adding more to the MiniGallery section of the web site, adding support information, and hopefully I'll get a forum set up too so that you can leave your own thoughts, bug reports, feature requests, and get questions answered. Watch this space, and check back soon to see what themes I come up with! Oh, and feel free to create your own and send them in - we would love to host them for you and share them with the world...
